Belshaw DR-42 Description:

  • DR Model 42 Donut Robot, completely cleaned and adjusted
  • Standard die for cutter to make full size donuts
  • 3 additional dies for the cutter (donut balls, clusters and dunkerettes)
  • 2 siphoning systems to draw used oil out of the system for cleanup
  • RotoCooler unit for accepting donuts from the robotic fryer and cooling them for sale.

Self Contained Sink Description:

70" Self-Contained Sink System is an all-in-one work station, complete with sinks, faucets, fresh water system, hot water heater and drain holding system. The entire system is contained within an enclosed push style cabinet with 2.5" locking casters for easy mobility. The cabinet is constructed with grooved siding, matching trim and painted light green with dark green trim. The inside is finished with lauan paneling and the base is 3/4" medium density fiberboard. The sinks are set into a 3/4" 

MDF counter, which is covered with white FRP and a backsplash is provided on each side and along the back. All components are installed inside the cabinet and a drop front door hides it all. This unit is equipped with 4 Sink Combo as a standard feature. Each sink pan measures 10"W x 12"L x 6"D. Other components include an 15 gallon fresh water tank, city water access door, 110V electrical plug hookup, a 2.5 gallon Ariston electric hot water heater, a 110V Shurflo demand pump, complete plumbing and drain system, detachable 3" sewer hose and a 22 gallon portable waste holding tote.
