Trailer has a built in 4 rack propane corn roaster capable of roasting 80 ears of corn in 20 min.Roaster can also cook turkey legs, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, and any other roasted food product. Trailer is equipped with a 3 compartment commercial stainless steel sinks and 1 stainless steel hand washing sink. Sinks have hot/cold water capability and 35 gal. fresh water holding tank. All serving windows are screened and the rear serving window comes with sliding glass doors. All windows can be closed off with locking covers.
