Passes Maryland health inspection and is legal height. This trailer is able to safely provide cooking conditions for any type of event or menu item. The equipment is full size, not a scaled version, has a full size hood and exhaust fan to allow any type of cooking, and has enough room for more than one person to move at a time. The 2 machines inside work great, we have served 300 cups an hour before. Seller will also include a non-working Sweden single serve that requires a freon charge. Seller is keeping his generator but will include a smaller one which will power one soft serve machine. Seller will train the new buyer how to operate the equipment and where to get supplies.
