Features include: dry weight is around 7500 lbs., brand new spare tire, 2 brand new batteries, small kitchen with 3 burner stove top and vent hood, 2 compartment sink, microwave, full rv size fridge with separate freezer, Bathroom has separate toilet and full size shower, hot water tank, air conditioning, type 100 insulation to keep the air conditioning in, one piece aluminum roof, rear ramp door for easy loading, extra wide side door swings open with lock system from inside and out, 30 gal. fresh water tank, 30 gal. grey waste water tank, 10 gal. hot water heater, and all steel frame. Trailer does not leak and all equipment works great. There is minor rust at bottom of sidingwhere aluminum meets steel(electrolisis). Can be viewed. Trailer located in New Mexico, USA. |
